The success of promoting a product or service for a trade show depends upon the design of the display presented at the trade show booth. There are literally hundreds of way to make a trade show booth stand-out from the rest and bring in more visitors making the expense put forth in the endeavor profitable.

Graphics and design plays the most vital roles when it comes promoting a new product or a service at a trade show. Attendants’ to the trade show are easily attracted to trade show booths with the better graphics, lighting, sound and passing out logo promotional freebies such as pens or drinking containers, even raffle tickets for a free trip or iPad should have the company’s logo on it.

While exhibiting at a trade show, companies should pull-out all the stops and spend a good portion of their advertising budget on the trade show display one that will entice as many visitors as possible to come by the booth. The more visitors, the more the company has a chance at capturing a new customer . The whole trade show area should be covered with promotional details including portable displays, table top displays, pop-up displays, portable banner stands, LED lighting and sound, and a professional attired sales staff. The trade show display should completely be focused on the product and service including the freebies; they need to somehow represent the integrity and quality of the company.

The more professional looking the graphics and how they are displayed, the more the people will stop by the booth. The more the people stop by the booth, the better the chance at a sale.
